SOUTH FACING POOL
The pool and garden provide an opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the Florida sun on those days away from the theme parks. The large 30ft private pool provides for that relaxing float, calorie burning swim or fantastic fun for all the family. Whilst the south-facing deck and garden and allow you to lie back, relax, and soak up the sun on the sun loungers provided. We even provide you with pool towels for use around the pool!

LOUNGE
The main lounge at the front of the villa is quiet and very spacious with a cool and relaxing atmosphere, great for reading a book or for chatting over a cool glass of wine. There is plenty of room to enjoy a family discussion. This room has a double loveseat, coffee tables, peaceful lighting and a king size sofa bed for your convenience. There is also an internet ready computer for your use with high-speed access to the world wide web as well as secure WIFI, ideal for looking up those Disney Photo Passes or emailing friends and family about the fun you have been having in the Sunshine State!

SECOND LOUNGE/FAMILY ROOM
In the other lounge (yes there are two!) a large screen, cable TV (150 channels) provides entertainment for everyone, complimented by DVD and HI-FI systems together with a selection of DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment. The room has a double loveseat, coffee tables and a king-sized sofa bed for your convenience. This Family Room is situated adjacent, with open plan layout, to the kitchen which makes it very convenient for those TV dinners and cool drinks from the chiller whilst watching your favorite DVD. Our American fridge freezer has that all important ice making facility!

BEDROOMS
After those exhausting days at the theme parks, what better than to relax in one of our sumptuous bedrooms. The master bedroom is outstanding with a huge Queen-size bed and maple furnishings. A luxurious en-suite bathroom which has all you need. A large bathtub and separate double shower together with double vanity basins and a huge walk in wardrobe providing plenty of storage space and room to hide anything you want to bring home without the children knowing :0). All bedroom linen and towels are provided.

There are 3 further equally stunning bedrooms, one with king size bed, on a twin room and one with Mickey theme to please the children (no matter what age!). All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are furnished to a high standard to provide for a wonderful relaxing sleep to awake rejuvenated for those Orland Tourist Attractions!

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal or snack. A separate utility room provides for all your washing and drying requirements. There is a breakfast bar to enjoy your breakfast or a bite to eat and choice of eating areas, from the formal dining area to the nook in the kitchen to alfresco dining beside the pool.

GAMES ROOM
For an evening contest or on a rest day from the parks, our villa comes complete with a full-size professional slate-top pool table. Why not set up a family tournament whilst you are there? Also an electronic darts and basketball game for more fun!

Location description

Walt Disney World is 4 miles or 10 mins away from our villa. Seaworld, Epcot and all the other Parks are very close also.

It is approx 75 miles to the nearest beach, Cocoa beach. The famous Daytona beach is a little further away on the East Coast. While there is the famous Salvidor Dali Museum and a gorgeous number of beaches on the West Coast, approx an hour and a half away.

There are many championship golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the villa. We include a golf section in our information pack, sent on booking.

Directions

Situated just off Highway 192 is Lindfields Estate, a quiet residential neighbourhood, close to Disney (10 minutes) - 3.5 miles to the main gate, and all other attractions, dining, restaurants, shopping and golf. We normally rent a car through the airline network, both Alamo and Dollar car rental hire companies have been excellent.
