Luxury villa in Kissimmee, Florida. Situated close to the exciting Highway 192 and only a ten-minute drive to Disney World and most of the other major theme parks.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is also a kitchen table to seat four and a breakfast bar to seat three.

Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board plus Pool table, air hockey table, football and dart boards. All located in the garage accessible from the house.

Living Rooms: 2 large sofas and 1 chair, a large screen TV with 200 channel cable television, CD/DVD player, video player and a slection of DVD's and videos for all the family.


Pool area
Our pool is south facing with stunning lake view, we provide a patio table and chairs to seat four, two sun loungers and a electric BBQ with outside power points. The pool is solar heated and we provide a pool blanket, in the winter months we have electric pool heat at an addtional charge.

Other
Additional items including hairdryer, telephone, alarm radio, portable radio, cot, highchair and buggy, boster seat for the car all free of charge if required, ceiling fans in main rooms, air-conditioning/heating.

Cleaning/towels
Ample towels and bedding provided including pool/beach towels.

Location description

Chatham Park is a small up market community of 300 homes. Communal play areas incorporating tennis courts, basket ball court, picnic areas and communal pool are all within walking distance. The 192 is a 5 minute drive. Wal-Mart a host of retail outlets cater for all your shopping requirements. Restaurants to cater for all tastes can be found along the 192. Local attractions also include Medieval Times, go karting, helicopter rides, airboat rides etc. On Friday and Saturday evenings classic car events are held at 'Old Town'.

Within 15 minutes drive is Disney World, Epcot, Adventure land, MGM Studios, Seaworld, Universal Studios, typhoon lagoon and many more park attractions. Approx. 2 hour drive away is Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Centre. As well as Cocoa and Daytona beaches. Similar drive time on the west coast is Clear Water, Sarasota, Tampa Bay and Busch Gardens.
