Villa Sylvia is a detached house on the beach, in calm, relaxing environment. Ideal location for windsurfing, sight-seeing, tasting traditional Greek dishes in the many “tavernes” located near by. Visit the well preserved medieval castle of Lindos, only 10km away! The villa is located on the southeast side of the island, Kiotari which is 70 km from the airport by car. The beaches on the south east of Rodos Island are famous for their crystal clear turquoise waters! The village Gennadi is only 3 minutes away by car which can provide with first aid station, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, petrol station, and laundry service etc.
Villa Sylvia has 120 sq m with 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room, living room and lavatory. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The villa is surrounded with 1000 sq m garden. There is an outdoor shower with hot water. The borders of the properties are on the beach. The villa is fully air-conditioned for cooling and heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, satellite TV, radio, and fireplace, baby crib on request, iron and ironing board, aluminium sun beds, outdoor furniture, gazebo and parking place. Bed linen, towels are provided, complete kitchen accessories, cleaning service upon request.
