This is a perfect open space to enjoy a Turkish breakfast, a light lunch or entertain with sundowners. Guests can enjoy the property's day bed featuring a welcome integral shade, wo while away an hour with a book in perfect comfort!
The fully air-conditioned property is finished to an exceptionally high standard and is tastefully furnished throughout.
The Villa’s interior has been designed in a cool, contemporary Turkish style. Quality marble floors are standard throughout and rooms feature attractive interior limestone walls. The fantastically equipped kitchen includes everything guests would expect from a luxury holiday home.
New for 2016, the house bathroom features a spacious rainfall shower and is finished in luxurious, Mediterranean travertine. The three en suite bathrooms are all new for the coming season and are similarly finished to provide all bedrooms with its own comfortable, contemporary bathroom.
Air conditioning is provided throughout all rooms (not just the bedrooms!).
There are car parking spaces for those wishing to hire a car though the property’s excellent location means this is not necessary.

Location description
Kalkan is a small Mediterranean village/small town known on Turkey's picturesque and aptly named Turquoise Coast. It is the jewel in the crown of Turkey's coastline. Cobbled streets wind down to the small harbour where traditional gulets are moored ready to take discerning visitors on 'lazy days at sea' on the crystal clear water. Kalkan is a small town with a cosy intimate feel about it, the visitors return year after year, enjoying at least 300 days of sunshine and far away from pressures of every day stresses.
Kalkan has the highest number of restaurants per square metre on the Turkish coast, and all offer their own brand of welcome. Many of these beautiful restaurants are tucked away up on roof terraces where the atmosphere, food and company is sublime.
Most visitors are repeat visitors so be sure that you will not only visit once!

Dalaman is your closest airport to our Villa. From Dalaman airport it is about an hour and half drive to Villa Sultaniye. We can arrange for airport transfers for you at an extra cost.
