Description of holiday villa near Juan-les-Pins, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur
The Villa Mevania is a beautiful neo-Provençal villa (Five stars Category). Spacious and luminous, it offers great benefits: a heated pool, Turkish baths and a Sauna, and a hot tub, in order to relax under the sun, in the south of France, on the Rivieria.
Comfortable and luxurious, it accommodates up to 12 people. With an open outlook, this villa is very quiet. It is offered, throughout the year, both for vacation rentals (high season), and for shorter period rentals, such as relaxation weekends, (low or medium season).
Located in Juan les Pins, it is, approximately, 15 minutes away from the sea (on foot), and 1.5 km from shops and beaches. At the edge between the Golf Juan and Antibes, its location allows easy access to Cannes and to the various interesting places of the Riviera. The international airport NICE COTE D'AZUR is 20 minutes away, and the railway station is 10 minutes away (Antibes downtown).
Swimming pool
Beautiful heated swimming pool, with sea water – in full sun all day – surrounded by a lovely terrace with 12 sun beds and parasols, completely private. Behind the swimming pool, there’s a pond with water lilies and gold fish, and a nice lawn for children to play.
Wooded garden
Down from the terrace and the swimming pool, a beautiful lawn is the delight of children. A water pond is full of various plants, and where Koi carp live. The garden is 1700 m2 planted with palm trees and various plants. This place will delight you. With luck, you'll see squirrels in the morning or evening.
Access to these areas is secured by a childproof gate – the swimming pool and the pond have an alarm. Both are conform to the new AFNOR safety regulations as advised on displayed notices.
Hot tub
A hot tub (230mx2.30m), for 6 people, is in use all year round, on a South facing terrace. It is covered with a canopy under a Provençal olive tree - FM radio - Special light. Multi jets creating complete relaxation.
Terrace
Large terrace with electric blinds and tables with seating for 16 people. Leading onto the living room and kitchen.
Living room
Super south west facing living room of 70m2, it benefits from an exceptional brightness. The floor of the living room is fully covered with light gray marble stone. It is a heated floor in winter which offers a great comfort. It is decorated with a stunning marble fireplace and with a marble table with seating for 12 people. The sliding doors, with electric blinds, give onto the main terrace.
Large sofas are covered with bright colored canvas, and printed fabrics. They offer a high comfort for reading or for watching TV digital cable. A home cinema system and Hi-fi Cabasse 7.1, a DVD-MP3 player, and a Flat-screen LCD TV are also at your disposal.
On request, you can use a piano (1/4 tail, Erar, Mahagony). Ideal for musical evenings or the regular practise. Perfectly tuned and well maintained.
An Internet (ADSL) connection, and an WIFI printer, will keep you in touch with the world.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with all household appliances. The Dining area leads onto a covered terrace. This kitchen is very comfortable. It contains lots of storage space including everything necessary to create your best dishes. Close to the terrace and the lounge, the kitchen has a central and strategic position, which is ideal for the friendly meals.
Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom (king size bed) - South West facing - with air-conditioning/heating - TV en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower room, 2 basins and wc. The two rooms are giving onto a full day sunny terrace of.
The Yellow Bedroom (queen size bed) South West facing with air-conditioning/heating, TV
The Flowers Bedroom (queen size bed), East facing, TV
These two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with bathtub, basin and wc. The bathtub is equipped with shower walls.
The White Bedroom (2 single beds and a cot) - South West facing - air-conditioning/heating – TV.
Adjoining a loggia, with en suite shower, cupboards, basin and kitchenette. Giving on to a sunny terrace of 25 m².
The Blue Bedroom - North East facing - with air-conditioning/heating (king size bed and cot) – It owns its independent access from the ground floor

The Turquoise Bedroom - South East facing - with air-conditioning/heating - queen size bed
