This modern villa located in the small fishing town of Betina on the Island of Murter is perfectly fitted with its stone exterior for this architecturally rich town making it and this location one of the unknown jewels of the Adriatic. Whether you are looking for a peaceful vacation or a vacation with much activity this is the place.

The house and grounds are fenced and gated for security and privacy and the village is full of activities such as day excursions by boat, scuba diving lessons and paintball activities. Local tourist bureaus organize many festivities and activities to highlight the culture & history of this small village as well as the surrounding villages of Murter, Tisno / Jezera. The house is an oasis all on its own with the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, massage room and indoor stone barbecue and dining area. Two separate apartments joined by outside stairs each have two bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen/dining area, living room, terraces, etc.

Location description

As indicated below, there are plenty of national parks, waterfalls and city tours, boat tours availalbe on the island of Murter. There are beaches all around. In the vicinity of the house there are plenty of beaches. One most suitable for children is Zdrace 500 meters from the house.

Directions

Those coming from long distances, best bet is air travel to Zadar airport which is the closest airport. Split is also not too far but over a hour drive to the house. Once you are in Betina on the island of Murter, if you plan on relaxing and staying on the island, a car is not necessary. Should you be travelling around a car is imperative.
