This vacation home is located just 200m from the beach, on the outskirts of the tiny fishing village of Imi Ouaddar, 25 km North of Agadir, on a beautiful sandy beach called Plage paradise.

The house consists of two floors. The living room with a kitchen, bathroom, front and rear garden located on the ground floor. Through a very authentic staircase you reach 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies and bathroom on the first floor.

Two bedrooms have direct views of the river and the Atlantic ocean. In the evening you fall asleep to the sound of sea waves and the morning starts when you wake up happy by the wonderful sounds of various birds. The musical sounds form a rhythmic piece.

In the backyard you can enjoy breakfast in the mornings. Very often, breakfast is accompanied by the bleating of goats herded into the river, but also the sound of camels who are also looking after. The dromedaries are often close to the garden as "breakfast" and the goat you see very often in the Argan tree climbing to the tops to the special and rare Argane fruit to eat. This tree grows Argane also exclusively in the south of Morocco.

The sea and beach from the backyard can be reached via a dirt road. The beach is about 200 meters away from the house. Come back through the backyard, you can shower in the garden and you rinse the sand from the outdoor shower to use.

Because the house is located in the middle of a nature, you will find various kinds of animals like reptiles and insects. From very small to very large moths, moths and lizards often slip between the stones. In the evening dogs are often hunting and you can hear the barking from the house. You have nothing to fear, these dogs do not like to hunt people. By day they hang around around on the beach.

Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel sixty (60) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to check-in.

INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a 2 sets of bed linen & towel setup. Water and electra are included. There will be a filled gas bottle. This is good for one moth. Refilling is done at the local shops for about 50 dirhams.

Other policies:
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. An additional charge or € 50,- per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a four (4) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than four days, the guest will be charged the another rate.

Location description

At the beach there is a local fish market where you can buy fish. But you can also buy fish directly from the fishermen who come with their small boats from the sea. With them you can choose the fish fresh for the best price; between 1 a 2 Euro per kilo. And there is always someone who can clean your fish for about 5 dirhams (0.50 euro cent).

There are small shops and restaurants near the beach at the main road to Immiouaddar. Here you can shop for daily needs. You can also buy fresh made tajine every day for about 5 euro. ( Tajine is a traditional dish)

The holiday house is suited in a complex with a guard, who takes care of the complex. The guards can also provide you with information about the area.

Nearby, within walking distance, is a camping. The camping has a swimmingpool, an aquaparc and a supermarket.

1 KM away from aqua-parc is a nice small village where locals switched to a very primitive and traditional way of life. A village where you can really relax or go on an invitation to tea by one of the more than friendly and hospitable local people in their traditional clothing.

Immiouddar is nearby the following towns/villages:

- Tagazoute, wich is famous for her beach and surfing.

- Aourir, here you find different shops a local market on Wednesday and many banana plantage.

- Immouzar idou Tanane, this is a beautifal place in the mountains with a small but beautiful waterfall.

- Essouira, is about 2 hours from Imi Ouaddar. Essouira is a small romantic fishermen`s town, very popular with tourists, surf, quad and horse riding.
