This is a large private villa. There are 4 bedrooms and it can easily sleep 8 people.
The villa is surrounded by private, walled gardens stretching to nearly 5,000 square metres. There is a large private swimming pool.
The villa is surrounded by mature lush folliage to ensure privacy and is not over looked.
There is a large terrace area around the pool with sunbeds, tables and chairs.
There are many fruit trees in the grounds and you are welcome to pick and eat any that are ripe during your stay.
There is a cot and highchair.
Each level of the villa is a self contained unit comprising of 2 bedrooms, shower/toilet, lounge and dinig/kitchen area.
Upstairs is access by an external stairway.
Each bedroom is air conditioned.
There is an outside toilet/shower room by the pool.
There is a covered terrace on the front of the house and above it is a balcony over looking the pool.
The villa is only rented out to one group or party at a time so your family will have eclusive use of the whole property.
There is a washing machine and iron and board should you need it.
The terrace is south facing so enjoys the sun all day.

Location description

The area is unspoilt by mass tourism and suits people who want a holiday away from it all. The area is peaceful and quiet. You will discover the real Turkey. Breathtaking scenery, beautiful villages and friendly locals await you.
The village of Hisaronu has 2 beaches. Both have several small local restaurants serving traditional Turkish food. Good quality and reasonably priced. Where ingredients are often grown in their own gardens!
Marmaris is easily reached either by public or private transport where there is masses of shopping and entertainment. Marmaris is only 20Km from the villa.
