Description of holiday villa in Hampton Lakes, Davenport, Florida

Our villa is a large two storey villa located in the exclusive Hampton Lakes community.

Our villa has high vaulted ceilings giving it a spacious, airy feel with a modern and luxurious interior.

The family room has a spacious seating area and a large flat screen tv, that has cable installed enabling access to over 200+ channels, including UK football.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all latest mod-cons and has a great breakfast bar area.

If you want to be a little more formal, then make the most of the comfortable dining area.

The ground master bedroom to the rear of the villa complete with
en-suite facilities. The second master bedroom also has it's own en-suite facilities.

Upstairs the twin bedrooms share a bathroom. and finally, the double bedroom which also has it's own bathroom.

All of the bedrooms have flat-screen televisions.

Take advantage of the X-Box games console in the family area and if you want to watch a film or two, bring along some DVDs and make use of the entertainment facilities.

Our villa has a stunning private pool, with the most amazing view over the Hampton Lake. With plenty of pool side furniture, you can while-away many hours out here. We have to say that this is our favourite part of our villa!

Internet access is available and also free local & long distance calls in the USA and Canada.

Hampton Lakes also boosts its own community and communal facilities including a large swimming pool, two children's play areas, a volleyball court, two tennis courts and two basketball courts. Plenty to do if you fancy a bit of a work out!
