Our villa is situated on one of the most prestigious golf developments in the Murcia region - Hacienda del Alamo. It is five minutes from the traditional Spanish town of Fuente Alamo, 25 minutes from the lovely beaches of Mazarron yet surrounded by mountains and farmlands.
The Villa has a large landscaped garden, beautiful heated private pool (12x6m), BBQ and many outdoor terraces offering unrivaled views of the 15th green and 16th tee. Externally the villa reflects traditional Spanish architecture. Internally, all rooms are fully furnished to an exceptional standard. The living accommodation is spacious with vaulted, beamed ceilings and dark wood shutters. There is heating / air-conditioning throughout.

GOLF AT HACIENDA DEL ALAMO
Considered the longest layout in Spain, Hacienda del Alamos 6,724m course boasts 8 lakes and 84 bunkers and will provide a challenge for all standards of golfers.
The golf course is masterly, thanks to the painstaking work of Dave Thomas (of The Belfry and La Manga Club), who had all the land he could want to design it, no less than 92 hectares! For this reason, the golf course is one of the best in Europe. Not only is it wide and spacious with many lakes, but it is also very soft because it is built on natural terrain.
After the game you can enjoy a well earned drink at the new club house and enjoy fantastic vistas of the Murcian countryside from one of the terraces.

Golf Academy & Driving Range
Hacienda del Alamo provides the ideal place to sharpen your game and perfect your swing. The golf academy includes the latest state-of-the-art instruction technology and you can put your hard work on the driving range into practice on the six hole practice course which is adjacent to the golf academy.
Glenn Billington the internationally renowned putting specialist coach runs the academy, a full range of lessons are available, from individual swing lessons and putting lessons for both advanced players to complete beginners, through to group lessons and junior lessons, with special rates for multiple lesson packages.
Glenn and his staff are able to cater for both individuals or groups, both resident and visiting from abroad. There is also a cafe and chillout relaxation room ( with wifi) at the academy.
The Academy and Coffee Shop is open from 8.30am- 4pm , 7 days a week.

SPORTS ACADEMY
There is a fantastic sports academy at the resort which is located within 100 metres of the villa. The sports academy has 6 tennis courts, 2 padel tennis courts, 2 multi sports courts (basketball, netball, five a side etc) and a full sized football pitch. There is also an international standard bowls green, where you can also hire a full set of equipment including shoes and bowls.
All facilities are floodlit ensuring that you can play at any time of day, the academy is open from 8am to 10pm seven days a week.
