This semi-detached villa has its own swimming pool, which may occasionally be used by the owners when they are staying next door.

If you're after a quiet family holiday in a beautiful setting then this is the place for you. The nearest small beach is just 10 minutes' walk away and when you fancy a bit of excitement, bustling Bodrum town with its great shops and nightlife is only half an hour's drive.

There's also a local shop and cafe 5 minutes walk away.

The 2 large bedrooms can accommodate 5 people. There are 3 single beds in one, and 2 in the other (usable as a double or 2 singles). Downstairs, there is also a comfortable sofa bed for 2. There are 2 shower rooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and also an outside shower.

The kitchen comes equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Outside, as well as the pool, there's a large gazebo/seating area, barbecue and balcony with panoramic views.

Another great advantage is that there is a 4-seater car plus friendly driver available for outings by separate negotiation.

Lifts to and from the airport are free of charge!
