The villa is situated in Guime but only 10 mins drive to the main resort of Puerto del Carmen. The local beach at Playa Honda is a 5 min drive. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants are also 5 min drive.
The luxury accommodation, which sleeps up to 8 consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twin. There is a family bathroom with bath & shower over and a shower room ensuite to one of the double bedrooms.

There is a large lounge central to the property with separate dining room and bar area, plus a fully equipped kitchen.
The heated pool is 7 x 4 and has a summer house for those wishing to shelter from the sun or playhouse for the young ones.
The terraces are equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture and there is a brick built barbecue for outside dining.

The property is gated and there is a large Canarian garden surrounding the property plus a large drive for off street parking.
