Situated in an Exclusive Residential area with 2 Golf Courses close to hand.

There are 4 very spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and an additional fully tiled ‘wet-room’ downstairs next to the Spa/Jacuzzi Relaxation Room.
The Architect designed the Lounge with featured Roman Archways that lead into the Dining area and then the Luxury Kitchen with separate Utility Room. Very tasteful!

The huge Conservatory houses the 6 person Hot Tub Jacuzzi and is furnished with additional lounging seats for relaxation.

The Villa is built within the Golf Course area, close to the sea, known as Golf Del Sur the course opened in 1987,and has hosted the European PGA ‘Open de Tenerife’ four times, has 27 holes and an interesting layout with its black volcanic sand bunkers and wide fairways. While at Golf del Sur, why not try and beat Karl Woodard’s longest recorded drive of 408 yards!
