Large master bedroom with beautiful NEW super king size four poster bed, dressing room complete with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, double washbasin and WC This opens onto a separate sitting room with French doors leading onto the upper balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The sitting room has a double sofa bed so the room could be used as a children’s bedroom if needed, to make a private family suite.

The second bedroom on this floor has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom as in the master bedroom, plus its own access to the balcony.

Bedroom 3 on the ground floor has a double bed, en-suite bathroom as before and French doors leading to the lower balcony.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are situated on the lower floor, accommodation on this floor consists of double bedroom with en-suite shower and wc plus a further bedroom with bunk beds and 1 single bed, again providing a private family unit. There is also a small sitting room on this floor and a laundry room complete with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The living accommodation on the ground floor comprises huge lounge area with ample seating with bay window enjoying magnificent panoramic views over the golf course and mountains, plus a feature fire place for a log fire in the cooler months.

The newly fitted state of the art kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and an American style fridge freezer, plus ample pots, pans etc. to cater for your party.

There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

All rooms have the option of air con/heating.

The ground floor balcony is accessed from the entrance hall and the lounge and is fully under cover and makes an excellent outdoor dining area.

The barbecue area also has ample seating for outdoor dining, with overhead blinds for shade in the day and is fully illuminated for evening dining. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and there is also a lower level garden area with various fruit trees.

Location description

Without doubt the many well kept beaches which have been awarded the European Blue Flag award, for high standards of water and sand hygiene help to provide a diverse variety of outdoor activities including, sailing, fishing, scuba diving and windsurfing. These are just a few of the activities available all year round.

The towns of Fuengirola with its golden beaches and extensive night life, and the picturesque hill top village of Mijas old town are both only a few minutes drive away, with Marbella and Puerto Banus easily reached in around 25 minutes.

Tivoli World Amusement Park (approximately 20 minutes drive) is the biggest amusement park on the Costa del Sol and offers both rides and a variety of shows including Flamenco and Wild West. To cater for younger children it has an area of the park call Tivolandia, which is perfect for kids to let off some steam.

Benalmadena Cablecar is right next door to Tivoli World, the cars run up to the summit of Monte Calamorro. Once at the top you can enjoy fantastic views over the Costa del Sol and on a clear day see Gibraltar and the North African coast. Each car can carry 4 people and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes, at the top you also have donkey rides, exhibitions of birds of prey and Spanish horse riding exhibitions all included in the price of the ticket.

Aqualand Aqua Park, Torremolinos (approximately 25 minutes drive) is the largest water park on the Costa del Sol, covering more than 70,000 square meters and has rides called Boomerang, Kamikazee Twister, Rapids and the Black Hole. The park also has an area for small children, waves pools, lots of grassy areas for those wishing to sunbathe, many restaurants and an 18 hole mini golf course.

Torremolinos Crocodile Park (approximately 20 minutes drive) is located in Torremolinos next to Aqualand.

Fuengirola Zoo (approximately 15 minutes drive) can be found in the centre of Fuengirola opposite Mijas Aquapark.

Directions

1. Upon leaving the airport arrivals/pick up area, follow signs for Malaga N340 (Not Salida).
2. Go straight across at the roundabout, (keep in the right hand lane, passing San Miguel brewery), take exit signed N340 Cadiz/ Algeciras.
3. Follow dual-carriageway. Just after Carranza/ Large Guarnieri BMW Garage (both on the right) take the exit to the right following blue overhead signs for N340 for approx. 15 minutes.
4. At Junction 214 road splits into E15 or N340 keep on N340. Keep following signs for Fuengirola/ Algeciras… DO NOT TAKE EXIT 213 SIGNED MIJAS/FUENGIROLA
5. Remain on N340 to Fuengirola until you pass the huge glass-fronted El Corte Ingles and Hipercor on your right.
6. Take next exit number 210.
7. At roundabout turn right into Avenido de Mijas with Victoria Ford Garage on left corner.
8. Continue along Avenida de Mijas past Mercadonna Supermarket until Urbanizacion El Coto.
9. Just past El Coto Retaurant and supermarket on the right, take left hand turn signed La Sierrezuela.
10. Follow road up the hill passing the community centre and Restaurant Jason at El Potro on the right.
11. Just past the restaurant there are two left hand turns very close together.
12. Take second left signed Rosas/ Sierrezuela Hill Club.
13. Then at crossroads turn right.
14. Follow road climbing up hill, road bends round to the right. You will see a tennis court on the right – Casa Paseros is the Villa directly opposite the tennis court (Number 210).
