Sleeps 8. 4 bedroom villa - 1 master (king size with flat screen TV and DVD), 1 queen (kingsize TV with Direct TV) and 2 twins (2 single beds in each room). All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. 2 Full bathrooms (one Guest wing and one Master suite).

The large family room has cable TV, DVD and CD player. Surround sound cabled to most parts of the villa. Sliding patio doors to the pool and patio area.

Washing machine, tumble dryer, and large utility sink.

Locked internal access to 3 car garage.

Private pool (10x5m) with patio and covered lanai.

Towels and all linen included, with adequate supply for change overs.

The villa is approximately 10-12 minutes drive to Fort Myers Beach. Excellent shopping at Edison Mall, about 15 minutes drive away. Many fine restaurants in the vicinity, and excellent leisure activities.

The location of our holiday home is within easy reach of the Beaches of Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. The beautiful City of Naples is just 30 minutes away by car. The white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast are an easy 8 minutes drive away and golf courses are literally within 2 minutes. Temporary membership is available to villa guests. There is excellent shopping at Edison Mall, about 15 minutes drive away. If you prefer a little 'Designer' shopping, then Miromar Outlets is also within a 20 minute drive from the house. There you’ll find drastically reduced prices compared to the UK. There are many fine restaurants in the vicinity, excellent leisure activities, and much much more - in fact, everything you could possibly want for a wonderful holiday including, biking, fishing, wildlife viewing, golf, tennis, swimming, snorkeling and diving, water skiing and boating. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are an easy day out.
