The Villa is secluded on the plot with a fully enclosed wall giving maximum privacy, with 2 double entrance gates leading into the forecourt with parking up to 10 cars. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with tarmac road from the town centre to the property, approx 4 km in total.

Estacion de Cartama is a nice town with the local medical centre, Leisurely bars on promenade where you can sit and relax, watching the town go by!

There are 3 large supermarkets in the vicinity, Mercadona, Carrafour and Lidle plus the 2 outdoor markets that are on each Friday and Sunday. Sunday is the market that is quite famous on the Costa del Sol and many people take a day trip just to visit the market then go to the canal and picnic. This is also on the road going out of the town.

Transport is easily on hand with the local buses leaving for Malaga every half hour and the train also in the town running regularly.

Tourist attractions

Torremolinos aqua park, Tivoli World, Torrequebarda casino with spectacular dinner, and dance and magic acts. Flamenco shows, horse riding on the beach, Benalmadena marina, were you can take a boat trip along the coast, and of course the beach, sea and chiringuitos along the sands were you can eat any of the local fish and dishes of the day.

Directions

From Malaga Airport, take the motorway heading direction Malaga, then once on this road follow directions to Univerisity , tecnologia park and Cartama, keep on this road until exit tecnologia and Cartama, right round the roundabout 3 rd exit onto the avenida Andalucia heading towards Estacion de Cartama. Once in the town centre of Estacion de Cartama, turn onto the avenida Manual de Falla and continue straight up bearing left at each fork (there are 2 forks) at the T junction turn left and the next left then next right to the top of this road were it is a cul-de-sac, and the last villa secluded by a wall is your destination! enjoy
