The villa is situated on a small hill vith outstanding view to the south-west, overlooking Foca and the bay.
It is elegantly decorated and contains hand made furniture, satellite TV, DVD, Playstation, CD player, Bosch fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
The ground floor comprises: lounge, kitchen, lavatory. 1st floor: three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with 2 singles) and a bathroom.
There are balconies and terraces. Air conditioning, garden. Private swimming pool, built in BBQ. 1 km from town centre. 400 m to beach, approx. 200 m to the nearest shop.

Location description
Eski Foca is a small fishing town, famous for its unspoiled athmosphere.There is a busy fishing fleet at the harbour,s that goes out to sea early in the morning and return in the afternoon.
Every Tuesday there is a market where you can buy almost everything from food via jewelry to Turkish carpets.
Bus station close for trips to Izmir and the main points of interest such as Pergamon, Ephesus etc.
Local boat trips and ferry to Lesvos (2 hrs).
Other activities
Excellent beach free of charge.The 'gym' is an outdoor activity area with various installations for self-training. Much used by young and old after sunset.
