It is an elegant, simple and practical house capable of hosting up to 6 persons. It is fully equipped with an ecological geothermal heating and cooling system, satellite TV, DVD playing system and any other amenity you could ask for. The large heated pool (6m x 12m) in front of the house and the huge lawn gardens make “Ermioni Villas” the perfect choice for families and couples.

The ground floor offers one spacious bedroom with one large double bed and an en-suite hand-made wooden balcony, where there is a big futon. This part of the room is very romantic and two children or adults would enjoy sleeping there. In addition, a bathroom with a shower/sauna cabin and a cosy sitting-room are at your disposal for some moments of relaxation. A modern and wonderfully equipped kitchen with a beautiful dining-table made of glass awaits you to dine looking at the brilliantly lit up pool. A spacious, wooden attic with a twin bedroom and a WC completes the interior of the house.

The villa has plenty of outdoor areas ideal for dining, sunbathing, reading or snoozing. In the surrounding areas you will find traditional made stone-walk-paths that lead to the outdoor BBQ with its traditional oven, where you could enjoy your breakfast, from local fresh products. You could also enjoy a moment of relaxation at our heated pool by the pool bar, listening to the sounds of your favorite music.

Early bookings:
- 30% of the total amount deposit.
- Reservations are confirmed after payment of the deposit is made.

- Concerning weekly bookings, changeover day is Friday but some flexibility will be considered if given sufficient notice.

Last minute bookings:
- Last minute bookings should be confirmed at least one week prior to the arrival date.

- The owner lives on the site.
- Smoking is not allowed in the interior of the villa.

Cancellation Policy
- The deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled 2 (two) months or longer prior to arrival date.
- 30% of the deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled 1 (one) month prior to arrival date.
- Later cancellations non refundable.

Directions

Option 1:
From Patras to Korinth via the National Road. Then you head to Epidavros and on to Ermioni (follow signs to Spetses). This road is very scenic as it goes along the coast and then through the mountains.

Option 2:
Hire Car from Airport to Ermioni. The drive takes 3 hours and is pretty straight forward, as you get straight onto the new Attici Odos motorway that bypasses Athens, following signs for Elefsina and then Korinth, (where you cross the Korinth Canal). Then you head to Epidavros and on to Ermioni (follow signs to Spetses). This road is very scenic as it goes along the coast and then through the mountains.

Option 3:
Airport Express Bus E96 to Piraeus port. Airport Express buses run from exit 5 of the airport, approx. every 15 minutes. You should estimate 1 hour for the journey. Then, dolphin hydrafoil to Ermioni. It's a very comfortable 2 hour trip, dropping off at the islands of Poros and Hydra on the way, with views of the islands and coastline.

Option 4:
Airport Express Bus E93 to Kiffissou Avenue Bus Terminal. You should estimate 1 hour for the journey. Then bus to Kranidi (approx. 4 hours). The property representative will escort you to the villa.

Option 5:
Upon request, personal transfer from the airport or from Patra’s port can be arranged at an extra cost.
