This beautiful newly built 4 bedroom property sits in an elevated position offering commanding views over the sea and landscape around El Port de la Selva on the unspoilt Costa Brava coast.
The villa is approached by a small road and there is parking for several cars outside.
This is an upside down property where you enter the villa on the first floor where there is a large open plan living / dining room with floor to ceiling glass doors overlooking the wonderful views. In the summer these doors can be open, offering extraordinarily refreshing sea breezes.
On this floor there is also a modern fully fitted kitchen with doors opening onto the sea-facing terrace. Here there is an outdoor dining table and sun loungers upon which to relax, soak up the Mediterranean sun and watch the boats moving along the coast.

From all the villages around Cap Creus, Port de la Selva is the most likely one to earn the title of "small fishing village". Small, white houses nestle into each other, as if to seek shelter from the Tramuntana together.Naturally many inhabitants here make their livelihood out of tourism but their main source of income still is fishing. The fishing port ranks among the most important in this province.
