The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead out to a large rear Sun Terrace with mountain views. There are two additional double rooms on the same level, all modern, with fully fitted wardrobes.

This property has been designed with space and light in mind. The Lounge/Dining room has a leather sofa, large TV unit, dining table seating 6 and fabulous views of the Pool via the special feature 'one-way-view' giant window. This Villa is private with security gated entrance and located within a quiet cul-de-sac.

El Medano Town Centre and 'Blue Flagged' beaches are only a short distance away. Here many water sport activities are on offer, such as Kite surfing and Wind surfing, famous in this particular area!

Alternatively, relax in one of the many Bars or Restaurants that surround the Promenade and enjoy the ambience and sea views over Tapas and a glass of wine. Perfect!

The rear Sun Terrace is of generous proportions, has two sun beds and appreciates views of the Tenerife Mountains.
