The villa is close to all the major attractions, 12 minutes to Disney, golf, putt golf, live theaters, Olde Towne-Amusement Park, food, shops, live entertainment, bull ride, flea markets, hot air balloon rides, helicopter rides, Disney World, Universal, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Tampa about a hours drives Busch Gardens, East coast and Kennedy Space Center also within easy reach and so much more!

Many other golf courses are available and within 15 minutes drive, Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes, Diamondback, Kings Ridge Celebration and Champion Gate.

The most outstanding feature has to be Lake Davenport itself, which stretches for 400 acres and is accessible by our guest private entrance to the community play area, swimming pool and tennis court or you can sit and fish or just watch the day go by in total relaxation.
