Description of holiday villa in Dalyan, Turquoise Coast

All the guests at the villa this year have commented on how spacious and comfortable Villa Rosanna has been and have been stunned by its location. Completed in 2011, the villa has been furnished to a very high degree and holidaymakers want for nothing once they arrive to stay.

The rooms are large, airy and comfortably furnished. As you enter the villa on the ground floor you find the well equipped kitchen and twin bedded room and shower room.
Upstairs you will find the large lounge with its outstanding views of the Rock Tombs and the master ensuite bedroom. On the lower ground floor there is a further double bedroom and twin bedded room plus another shower room which also houses the washing machine.

Take a walk outside and you will find the heated pool a few seconds away. Another few steps brings you to the extra large swimming pool and jacuzzis. From there you can see the water's edge and our small jetty where you can sit and watch the boats and hopefully, the caretta turtles swim past. A short walk away the village comes to life with many restaurants and bars to choos from plus some lovely souvenir and antique shops. If you walk further into town you can catch the river boat which takes you to the award winning beautiful Iztuzu beach.

Location description

Set in the beautiful, unspoilt, non-commercialised fishing village of Dalyan. River Calbis flows alongside the village and surrounded by mountains. The ancient city of Kaunos can be found opposite Dalyan and there are marvellous rock tombs carved into the rocks facing the village.
