Description of holiday villa in Conil, Lanzarote

Villa de Paz is a luxury 4 bedroom Villa with a private electrically heated swimming pool. Situated in the picturesque traditional Lanzarote village of Conil with unspoilt views of the surrounding countryside, Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura.

The Villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The master bedroom is on its own floor with a dressing room, en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a private balcony and terrace.
The remaining 3 bedrooms are downstairs and share 1 large family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have kingsize double beds and the other 2 have 2 single beds each.

The spacious, comfortably furnished lounge is fully fitted with flat screen tv, satellite television, cd/dvd player and free WiFi internet access. For the cooler winter evenings there is also a wood burning fire for guests use. A selection of books, dvd's, cd's and board games are supplied.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine. It opens up to the large dining room down a few steps with seating for up to 10 guests.

The kitchen, lounge and entrance hall all open through handmade patio doors onto the internal courtyard. This has an open roof but is completely sheltered making it an ideal indoor / outdoor space.

Outside the large Cesar Manrique inspired private swimming pool is electrically heated for year round use. There are sunloungers supplied for guest's use and a large amount of sunbathing terrace. A further dining table seating 8 is positioned close to the pool under a covered pergola for comfortable outdoor dining. There is also a built-in circular bbq pit for al-fresco cooking.

Villa de Paz is equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing, quiet holiday in luxury surroundings.

Location description

Conil is a traditional picturesque Lanzarote village situated in a quiet, rural area yet within easy reach of all amenities. Nestled in the mountainside, Conil benefits from an elevated position with stunning views of the unspoiled countryside, Atlantic Ocean and the islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. Only a 5 minute drive to the nearest town of Tias for shops, bars and restaurants and a few minutes drive to the luxury yachting marina at Puerto Calero. The popular tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen is less than 10 minutes by car where you will find golden beaches, shopping and night-life. Within the village itself there is a well stocked supermarket, bar, social club and church. Conil is perfectly situated to explore all that Lanzarote has to offer.
