Casa Soluna is a fabulous holiday villa with a 100% satisfaction rate. The villa is available 365 days a year for the exclusive use of visitors to the beautiful Costa de la Luz. We aim to provide our guests with everything they could possible want at a price which is affordable and with no hidden charges!
In the summer months our guests benefit from a wonderful ´summer holiday´ experience:- lazing by the pool; dining al fresco on balmy evenings; savouring locally caught fish and fresh produce sizzling from the BBQ; enjoying the local restaurants and bars in walking distance; days out at our blue flag beaches; exploring the nearby cities and villages with their typical Andalucian culture. At the end of each perfect day they have air-conditioned bedrooms (or fans for those who don´t like A/c), satellite TV in the air-conditioned living room or they can catch up with news from the office or their social networks at the dedicated work station using the villa´s private WiFi network.
Our winter guests often come for the golf. There are about 20 golf courses within easy driving distance of Casa Soluna. Less serious golfers are welcome to use the 2 sets of golf clubs which we provide (nothing fancy!) while serious golfers prefer to bring their own clubs. Casa Soluna has excellent local golf contacts and can get great prices for rounds of golf and/or lessons with golf pros. Please ask about these as they change from season to season. Other winter guests just want to savour the local culture. Many of these visitors need to be in contact their office which is easily done - just log on to the villa´s WiFi network (netbook supplied). During the cooler months our guests enjoy the heated living room and the heated bedrooms with goosedown duvets for ultimate cosiness.
One of the joys of Casa Soluna´s location is that it is on a quiet residential street in an area that is lived in all year round. Unlike the resort area we are open 365 days a year. The local bars and restaurants are always open serving tasty tapas or full meals at extremely competitive prices. There´s often entertainment at the weekends and our guests enjoy spending time in a typical Spanish community where 3 generations of family lunch together and spontaneous ´singing and dancing´ just happens!
ABOUT CASA SOLUNA
INSIDE
The main bedroom is very large and comfortable. There is a top quality king sized bed, ample storage, air-conditioning/heating, fan, en suite full marble bathroom.
2 further bedrooms each have 2 single beds whcih are top quality and perfect for adults. Each room has air-conditioning/heating, fan and ample storage.
The extra large designer kitchen is equipped with every mod con and more. A marble breakfast bar has comfortable seating for 4. It opens on to the kitchen patio which leads to the swimming pool.
The living room is large and beautifully decorated. It has a dedicated dining area for 6 and a seating area for 6. HD TV, DVD player, CD player, ipod docking station all supplied. Spanish digital TV, Astra European satellite TV and Sky freeview (on request) are available. Double doors open to the pool area.
In the hall there is a workstation for anyone who wants a quiet zone to check in with the office or just surf the ´net.
The main bathroom is a full bathroom with bath/shower, bidet etc.
OUTSIDE
Step out the back door to the kitchen patio, a lovely spot to breakfast in the morning. To the rear of the villa is the pool area, dominated by an 8 x 4m (slightly raised for safety) swimming pool with roman steps and an outdoor shower.. At one end of the pool there is a pergola with dining for 6. At the other end of the pool are sunloungers and a dedicated BBQ zone. The utility room has a toilet and a washing machine.
To the front of the house there is a beautiful porch with table and chairs overlooking the front lawn. Secure parking for 2 (normal sized) cars is available here and further on street parking is also available.
