The home villa is located close to three beautiful small sandy gulfs and within walking distance to all amenities. It is part of a complex that was built in 2009 and consist of three 3-level houses, 150 square meters each. It is fully furnished and protected by CCTV.

Location description

Chania is the second largest city of Crete and the capital of the Chania peripheral unit. It lies along the north coast of the island, about 70 km (43 mi) west of Rethymno and 145 km (90 mi) west of Heraklion. The city enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with sunny dry summers and mild rainy winters. The city of Chania can be divided in two parts: the old town and the modern city which is the larger one. The old town is situated next to the old harbour and is the matrix around which the whole urban area was developed. Important places to visit include: traditional streets in the old town, the marina in the old harbour, the lighthouse of the city, the Orthodox Cathedral and the central market square called "The Agora".

Other activities

In the old harbour, there are several small boats that take you for daily cruises, sight seeing, snorkeling, and swimming to smaller islands and romantic sunset tours.
