Payment Terms:
7-day hold (the owner will hold your booking request for 7 days, during which 30% of the total sum must be paid). Balance is 60 days prior to arrival at the villa.

Deposit:
A security deposit of 600.00 euro to cover any possible damage incurred during stay is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure once conditions are ascertained. (If damages cannot be calculated at check-out time, the owner reserves the right to keep the deposit and return any difference via wire transfer).

Cancellations Policy:
In case of cancellation prior to full payment, the initial 30% deposit will be kept. If the balance is not paid, the reservation will be cancelled and the initial deposit will be kept. In case of cancellation 60 days or less prior to arrival the entire sum (100%) will be kept.

The beautiful Villa stands in a panoramic and quiet position in the heart of the Valtiberina, and offers a spectacular view of the valley.
Its favorable position in the central area of Tuscany makes it easy to reach the principle Tuscan art cities like Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Anghiari, Cortona and Sansepolcro.

About two kilometers there is the village called Chiassa where visitors can find restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars.
