The villa is 4 years old located on Fuerteventura Golf Course , home to 2004 Spanish open. Ther eis a luxury hotel and Golf Club on the premises. The course is 18 holes with another adjacent to it.
The villa is a 3 bed 2 bath detached on a large, south facing plot with a large private swimming pool and roof top terrace.
Minutes walkaway from the beaches. The kitchen is big and well equipped with a separate utility room. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Additional full bathroom is located inbetween 2 remaining bedrooms.
It's a perfect location for families, couples and our Senior guests love it especially as the villa is very private and located ina quiet area.


Shops, Bars and Restaurants are short walk away.
We provide all the linnen and towels as well as food starter pack on arrival free of charge,
We are only 20 minutes away from the airport so no time wasting on arrival!
It is a very unique Island and well worth exploring so we recommend a car hire although it is not essential as taxis are widely available and terh is even a free bus service between the Golf Course and local shops.

Location description

Fuerteventura has the most beautiful beaches outside the caribbean , cristal clear waters, large white sandy beaches and no crowds! We enjoy almost 350 days of sunshine and thanks to our winds we have the most wonderful sand dunes in the North of the Island and also now in the south in Costa Calma. Kite Surfing, wind surfing and body boarding are most popular and terhe are numerous cycle routes now around the Island. Most of the Island is a designated National Parc so the volcanos and beaches are protected. The beahc at COFETE at the southmost part of the ISLAND are very unspoilt with warm , blue waters and rugged white beaches and a Villa Winter in the background which was a hideway fro German submarines during the WWII.We are located on a Golf Course development and ther is another 18 hole GOLF COURSE RIGHT ADJACENT TO US so plenty to do for the Golf enthusiasts. There are watesports short walk away with Jet ski hire and diving trips as well as Catamaran and boat trips.

First Choice, Thomas Cook, Thomson, Ryan Air all fly from the UK and Island . ALso you can get there indirectly via Madrid on BA, Iberia or any other budget airline flying there and then take a connecting flight.
Also you can fly to Lanzarotte and there are frequent ferries to Fuerteventura/Corralejo . caleta De Fuste is about 40 minutes drive form the Ferry port.
