Our privately owned villa is situated on the lakeside, where you can enjoy watching the abundance of Florida wildlife that the lake attracts from the poolside.
Our villa is fully equipped for that home from home experience. The family living area which has patio doors out to the pool/lanai has a large smart flatscreen tv with cable, DVR and a DVD player. The formal living area also overlooks the pool, provides a place to relax after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen has informal dining and a separate formal dining area and provides ample room to accommodate comfortably.The master bedrooms have queen-sized beds and are both ensuite. The twin bedrooms share a third bathroom. The four bedrooms have plenty of storage space and they all have walk-in closets. All bedrooms have cable tv and a Playstation 2 is provided.
The private, screened, 28-foot by 14-foot heated pool overlooks the lake. The large deck with outdoor dining facilities including a gas BBQ (gas can be purchased locally) and sun loungers, provide the ideal setting for enjoying the sun from sunrise to sunset.
The Sarasota/Bradenton area is suitable for all the family and provides a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. Just a short distance from the villa you will find the beautiful white sandy beaches of Sarasota Bay, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. The area is renowned for its excellent golf courses and some of these are just a few minutes drive from the villa. For those shopaholics, Ellenton Premium designer outlets is approx a drive of 5 miles. In the immediate area there is a Wal-Mart store and a Publix as well as other local shops and restaurants.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and FREE CALLS WITHIN USA & CANADA
Orlando and its many theme parks is a 90 minute drive away and Busch Gardens is only 50 minutes drive away. Tropicana Field home of the Tampa Rays is 35 minutes away.

Location description
The many beaches of the Gulf Coast are just a short drive away. Holmes beach and Bradenton beach are approx 15-20 minutes drive from the villa along the SR64.
There are many golf courses in the Bradenton area, but Stoneybrook and Greenfields are within minutes from the house. Golf club rental is also offered by these courses.
Ellenton outlets are located 5 miles away and can be accessed within minutes. IMG Bolliteri Tennis Academy is located approx 20 mins away.
Directions
The villa is easily accessible from all airports via the I-75. Tampa airport is approx 45 mins and accommodates many airlines including British airways. Sarasota/Bradenton airport is 15 mins away while Orlando airport is approx 90 mins. Busch Gardens 40 mins. Numerous golf courses just minutes away, Gulf beaches short drive away. Ellenton Outlets 5 mins.
