Ideally located for exploring both Mediterranean areas of Languedoc and the Languedoc National Park this property was built in recent years.

There is a fully fitted kitchen breakfast room also with access to the rear terrace. A downstairs cloakroom and upstairs three bedrooms, two of which have a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There is an en suite to one twin bedroom and a family bathroom both with WC's. There are two double bedrooms, one as described a twin with ensuite shower room, and a further double bed room, with an additional single bed in the third bedroom. In the lounge there is lounge seating for 7 people, two 3-seater settees and a single armchair. And a dining table inside for 8.

All garden furniture is provided including barbecue. sun loungers and lay back garden chairs for sun bathing on the large terrace area around the pool, as well as table and chairs for outside dining.

There are all amenities within walking distance including restaurants, shops and bars, the weekly Monday market as well as several places of interest to visit nearby (Le Pont du Diable or Devils Bridge, the Medieval village of Boussagues, the golf course and spa town at Lamalou and of course the Mediterranean beaches just 40 minutes drive away.

There is a garage and off road parking for our guests.

Location description

The villa is on an estate set on the river banks of the Orb, with a walk that follows the river into the town centre. The house has a garage and off road parking. There are country views. It is set in the Languedoc National Park in the lively market town of Bedarieux, with a number of restaurants within walking distance. The park and its lakes, forests, mountains and gorges is literally on the doorstep as are the Mediterraneans long sandy beaches. Historic Beziers, Pezenas are within 30 minutes drivetime.
