Description of holiday villa in Ayia Thekla, Famagusta
When you enter the front door the furniture is modern and comfortable, with sofas and coffee tables with homely touches, a television with DVD player with blinds throughout so that you can alter it to watch TV at any time of day.
The kitchen is spacious and set aside from the living room with the dining area overlooking the pool area. There is a downstairs guest toilet and shower room with air conditioning / heating units.
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes and air conditioning / heating units. Two rooms consist of double beds, bedside tables and the third room has two single beds and bedside tables. Each room has a mirror and from one of the double rooms there is access to the balcony overlooking the pool area. There is also a main bathroom upstairs with bath and shower combined.
Outside, there is so much space, going all the way around, with a pergola on one side for shade and a covered veranda as well. The space goes all the way around the villa and is secured at the front with gates.
The pool is larger than most and there is an outside shower as well. In addition, there are 6 sun beds, two side tables and a large table and chairs...
There is also a private drive way.

Location description
AYIA THEKLA is only 7km away from AYIA NAPA (monsstery) and this quaint area is now a major tourist resort for Cyprus. Situated around the mediaeval monastery, dedicated to Lady of the Forests with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.There are a wide range of shops and entertainment for all age groups. Extremely popular is the tranquil harbour, lined with taverns and open air cafes. In Ayia Napa, there is also Water world extremely famous for its rides and attractions and situated next door there is go-karting should you feel like a real family day out.
In Ayia Thekla there are lovely fish restaurants at Potamos, an open air market, sports bar / cafe and shop.
