On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms and a balcony with sea views. The sixth bedroom is on the third floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge cooker, quality appliances and granite counters. Patio doors lead to the outside dining area (equipped with barbecue) and swimming pool area. The dining room is next to the kitchen; a few steps down is the large and very comfortable inside lounge and an outside lounge area. The villa has been furnished to the highest standards with the latest, high quality sound and television systems. There is also an indoor gym perfect for exercise enthusiasts. The gardens and pool area are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.

This villa is ideally located. In a quiet, residential area, but also less than 2 km. from the beaches. It is close to the lively town of Juan Les Pins, where one can enjoy eating with your feet in the sand and window shopping at the many restaurants, cafes and shops on the coast. From the villa it is easy to enjoy the activities during the day such as the many water sports as well as the nightlife of Juan Les Pins and Cannes.
