The "Special Feature" of this property is definitely the large double fronted Terrace that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. From here you have spectacular uninterrupted views of the natural coast-line aswell as the stunning back-drop of the beautiful mountains of San Miguel with Mount Teide in the centre. Truly breath-taking!
The Terraces also provide sufficient room for outside 'al fresco' dining aswell as sun loungers which are positioned for relaxing by the heated pool. Perfect!

Villa Atlantico is built in the traditional bungalow format, with a very spacious open plan living area, in a prime sea front location of Amarilla. There are three bedrooms, one Master double room with full en-suite, a second twin bedded room and a third double room. There is a full sized family bathroom, recently modernised, with washing machine. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances and the nearby dining area seats 6 comfortably.

This area is peaceful and relaxing and offers a wealth of opportunities. Golfing, fishing, walking, water sports, are just a stone's throw away. Nearby, the San Miguel Marina offers various boat trips and the Yellow Submarine! You can also follow the coast along to find superb golden beaches offering numerous water sport activities.
Alternatively, you can just relax and take in the sun. Then later, watch the magnificent sun-sets, with a glass of Sangria from either you private terrace of one of the lovely little restaurants that over-look this beautiful natural coast-line.

On arrival at the villa, the temporary rental to third parties agreement should be signed subject to Law 29/1994 24th November of urban rentals (LAU) BOE num. 282, 25th November 1994. Especially and expressly point 2 article 3 of the Section I of said law. A copy of your passport will also be required.

Location description

Amarilla has it's own extensive 18 Hole, Championship Golf Course and is enjoyed by many. This Villa is in the quiet cul-de-sac of Ocean Ridge, over-looking the 4th hole and part of a well-established, residential community.

New roadways have dramatically improved access to this whole area, yet it still retains it's natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. The supermarket is only 10 minutes walk around the corner as are several local bars, excellent restaurants and the local Taxi Services.

The coastal walks are particularly picturesque. Follow the coast path to the San Miguel Marina and you will find a fantastic choice of Traditional, Mediterranean & Oriental Restaurants with little tables facing out to sea.

Continue your walk, along the coast, to the Commercial Centre of "San Blas" where you will find an array of shops, boutiques, bank, perfumery and several bar/ restaurants with evening entertainment and a good Night Club. The Taxi Rank is also located here should you require a lift home.
