Possibility of walk to cliffs located at some hundred metres from the house. The village of Aljezur located a few minutes away by car has a good selection of typical restaurants as well as stores, banks, an internet service, and some points of interest such as a Moorish castle.

Vale da Telha is an urbanisation within the natural park of Costa Vicentina, close to the beaches of Arrifana, Monte Clerigo and Amoreira.

Aljezur's beaches are among the best in Europe and are ideal spots for surfers and body boarders.

Families with small children can also enjoy the beaches, especially Amoreira, which has a long river delta where small natural swimming pools are suitable for children to play in warmer water.
