'Es Coster de na Llusia' is a beautiful newly built villa. It is very spacious and has a lovely pool and garden area. The house is beautifully furnished, stylishly lit and skilfully dressed with local artefacts and contemporary works of art.

The house has 2 levels and there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 en suite bathrooms and 1 toilet. There is a very spacious and beautiful living and dining room. The kitchen and the laundry room are fully equipped. We also have a modern security system for the swimming pool that prevents children from falling in.

There is a new outdoor jacuzzi next to the swimming pool area with a capacity for 4 adults.

This villa is located only 5 Km from the beach, shops and restaurants.

Alcudia is an historic town with Roman and Moorish influences and Puerto Alcudia is a lively modern resort with one of the finest beaches in the Mediterranean.

Puerto Pollensa is situated in the north eastern corner on the island of Mallorca, very close to Alcudia and only 45 minutes from Palma. Once a small fishing port it is now an elegant holiday destination in an unspoilt corner of a popular holiday island. Puerto Pollensa nestles in a natural bay, against a backdrop of rugged mountains, giving a particularly picturesque setting. There are stretches of sandy beaches and the wonderful 'Pine Walk' right alongside the seashore where bars, shops and restaurants provide an unbeatable combination.

Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are resorts catering for those who prefer the quieter side of life. It is nothing like the perception that many people have of Mallorca. If you are looking for sprawling crowded beaches and brash bars - you won't find them here! Although a short 10 minute drive away will take you to the Puerto Alcudia where you will find a waterpark for a family day out and more lively bars for those who prefer. If you enjoy watching the world go by, relaxing around the pool and eating good food in a relaxed atmosphere then Alcudia and villa Bonnix are just for you.

If you feel slightly more energetic you can enjoy boat trips across to Formentor bay where King Juan Carlos often moors his yacht during his frequent visits to the island. Hire a Bicycle and explore the many country lanes. Play golf, learn how to sail, scuba dive, wind surf or simply enjoy a stroll alongside the sparkling sea.

The northern area is known for its marvellous mountain walks and in Spring and Autumn the Pollensa area is an ideal base for bird watching with many migrant birds pausing en route for Africa. You may already have been to the north of Mallorca and if so, there is no need for us to explain how beautiful it is because you already know. If you have not been to Alcudia before then you are in for a treat.
