Our brand new and well decorated villa is located in Jardins da Branqueira, a lovely private condominium just 2 kilometers away from the beach and Albufeira’s city centre.
Located in a private, quiet and peaceful condominium, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The Strip and the Old Town, famous worldwide it’s just 5 minutes drive.

The villa has great facilities and it’s well decorated with quality furniture. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 double rooms (1 en suite with jacuzzi) and 2 twin rooms (1 en suite). All of them have balconies with great views over the countryside and Albufeira.

The lovely living and dining room seats 8/9 persons and is very well equipped with a 32inch Full HD flat screen TV, and leads to the terrace, garden and barbecue.

The well equipped kitchen has the essential for your holiday. The villa has a terrace with garden furniture and its own private pool, great for an excellent holiday.

From the well decorated and comfortable bedrooms to the modern bathrooms, this beautiful house has everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious holiday in Albufeira.

Refundable Security deposit of 200€ requested and is payable in the check in, and if there are no breakages or damage will be returned to you in the check out

Location description

Faro airport is only a 25 minutes drive. away and Lisbon is only a 2.5 hour drive away.

Car is not essential, but is recommended to see the sights and places of interest around the area of Albufeira. You can easy hire a car to be at the airport for when you land. It can be booked online and is not too expensive.

Other activities

Albufeira is known around the world by the night life. The Strip and all its bars, restaurants and night life is only 5 minutes drive away.

Tourist attractions

Not many people mention Quarteira but you will definately enjoy the seafront promenade, which also gives you the chance of mingling with Portuguese people. There are a lot of nice restaurants, cafes and bars. A trip to Quarteira to the fish, fruit and vegetable markets is a must - just buy sea bass, gambas or giant prawns and have them cooked on the bbq!
