Description of holiday villa in Albufeira, Algarve

The villa is located in Branqueira just 5 minutes drive from the beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With four double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Spacious lounge dining room 39m2,with 1 ample sofa, dining table and 8 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with Edesa appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

Sleeping
The sleeping arrangements provided are 4 bedrooms in which one is on suite. Two bedrooms with king size double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds.

Entertainment
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, a DVD player, CD player with radio and Internet Access (Wifi).

Bathrooms
The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms have super king size double beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony.

Refundable breakages deposit required on arrival, to be refunded last day of holidays (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Down payment / Deposit of 50% requested for reservation, the 50% remaining (final balance) is paid on check in.

Refundable Security deposit of 200€ requested and is payable with the final balance, and if there are no breakages or damage will be returned to you on the last day of your holidays .
Supplement for heating and cooling of 10€ per day maybe requested, depending on the season.
Prices may vary on special holidays like Christmas and Easter.

Payments by bank transfer accepted in GBP and Euro.

Location description

The nearest airport is Faro, being a 20 minute drive away where low cost airlines like, Easy Jet, British Airways, BMI, Thompson, Ryan air and Aer Lingus have regular year round flights from the UK available. All can be booked on line and Lisbon is only a 2.5 hour drive away.

We can arrange airport transfers for you where the driver meets you in arrivals at the airport holding a name board, but this service is paid separately and directly to the driver. Or you can hire car to be at the airport for when you land. Although a car is not essential, but I would recommend it to see the sights and places of interest around the area of Albufeira.
