This air conditioned villa offers comfort in abundance whether you're inside or relaxing out by the pool. The first thing you'll notice upon entering the property is that there's plenty of room. A lot of care has been taken to ensure that the furnishings complement the property and this can be seen throughout.

Up to eight people can be accommodated comfortably making it a fantastic choice for family holidays or those travelling in a group and with prices starting from just £725 per week we offer excellent value.

There are 4 bedrooms in total and all benefit from having balconies, two of the four bedrooms enjoy ensuite facilities and all have been furnished with your utmost comfort in mind.

Light, bright and comfortable, the living area includes those all important, finishing touches and facilities centred around the homely atmosphere DVD player, CD player, Play Station 2 and a choice of books/board and card games.

Dining alfresco on the balconies is a favourite among guests, the balconies are lit and perfect for relaxing at the end of the day watching the sun go down. You'll never get tired of the amazing views, each time of the day offers something a little different from the same vistas, and you couldn't be better placed, the quiet situation is positioned next to a lovely olive grove.

It can really make a difference having your very own swimming pool on holiday and certainly adds to the premium experience. The pool (unheated) is available 1st May until 31st October, when it is cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. It also has a separate children's section for children to have fun in.

Around the pool you can enjoy a barbeque and laze on the comfortable loungers, shade is also provided should those Turkish summer days get a little too hot!

If you do decide to hire a car for exploring outside of Akbuk there is plenty of secure gated parking for two cars.

Fantastic property in great location! Apart from the breathtaking views and wonderful sunsets other highlights for us included: great pool area to chill out; really well-equipped clean spacious property; We also really appreciated the extra touches provided by the owners including books, magazines, games and DVDs– great for when you need a break from the sun! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Whether it's a day spent by the private pool with your nose in a book or enjoyed, map in hand, exploring the area, Turkey has much to offer.

Beaches, history, shopping, nightlife, food and architecture can all be found within easy reach of the villa. Enriched with culture, history lovers can visit the Apollo Temple at Didim, Milet and Priene as well as world-famous heritage site; Ephesus. Sun worshippers can enjoy scenic boat trips around the breathtaking Turkish bays and coves or alternatively take a trip to Kos or Samos on the ferry. With two water-parks in the area; one at Altinkum and the other in Kusadasi, children are sure to be entertained and if you're a shopper at heart then Soke outlet offers you designer labels to indulge in. Don't forget to delve into the experience of a local market too, great for groceries and those all important souvenirs!

Akbuk is a peaceful and charming village, located in the centre of Turkey's most desirable coastline; the South West Aegean. Situated at the foot of gently sloping mountains, it extends around a turquoise blue bay where the air is crisp and clean.

Untouched by mass tourism, the picturesque village of Akbuk retains much of its traditional fishing village spirit whilst still giving holidaymakers all they could possibly need to enjoy their stay. Both modern and traditional restaurants align the beautiful beachfront offering Turkish friendliness, a relaxed atmosphere and excellent value for money. Take in the sensational sunset in an unspoilt setting as you enjoy your delicious cuisine or whilst enjoying an evening stroll along the promenade.

Nearby Altinkum, approx 15 minutes by car or local dolmus, is a livelier resort with three sandy beaches, numerous restaurants and a busy tourist market . Here you can enjoy a variety of watersports, tours and boat trips, or why not relax and treat yourself to the experience of a Turkish Bath.

All of this provides the perfect location set in a beautiful natural environment for a tranquil, relaxing holiday.

Directions

Akbuk is located between Izmir Adnan -Menderes (ADB) airport to the north and Bodrum Milas (BJV) airport to the south. Both of these airports are served by a large number of UK airports.

Bodrum is usually only open in the high season (1st April until 31st October), however Izmir airport is open all year round and is still only 1 hour 30 minutes drive from the villa.

The flight time to Turkey is approximately 4 hours from the UK.
