This exclusive detached villa is situated in a tranquil location next to an olive grove with stunning views. Large, spacious, light and airy, it is very well equipped for relaxed living inside and out. With four bedrooms, two with en suites, split over three floors and a roof terrace outside the penthouse bedroom, the villa is large enough to cater for families and friends from groups of 2 to 8 people, who want a relaxing holiday in fantastic surroundings on Turkeys Aegean Coast. Constructed and furnished to a very high standard this Akbuk villa comes highly equipped with all mod cons, air conditioning, all linen, car parking, welcome pack and much more. A Television, DVD player, portable CD player, Play Station 2 and numerous books/board and card games add to the home from home experience and cater for the needs of all ages

Each room has an outside balcony. All the balconies are fitted with lights, as is the pool, making the outside space just as usable and enjoyable at night as in the day. The large balconies are equipped with tables and chairs for outside dining, whilst the roof terrace commands stunning panoramic views and is ideal for evening relaxation, watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Cushioned sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for use by the pool, and a brick built BBQ on the terrace adds to the al fresco dining experience.

The villa has a private swimming pool with separate children's section only 45cm deep, ideal for toddlers to splash around in and have fun.

A car is recommended for exploring outside of Akbuk, and the villa offers secure gated private parking for two cars

Fantastic property in great location! Apart from the breathtaking views and wonderful sunsets other highlights for us included: great pool area to chill out; really well-equipped clean spacious property; We also really appreciated the extra touches provided by the owners including books, magazines, games and DVDs– great for when you need a break from the sun! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Location description

Akbuk is a small, quiet, traditional Turkish fishing village located in the centre of Turkeys favourite coastline, the South West Aegean. It is located at the foot of gently sloping mountains and extends around a beautiful turquoise blue bay where the air is fresh and clean.

Akbuk is an unspoilt resort with plenty of modern and traditional restaurants along the beachfront offering good value for money in relaxed atmospheres. There is a small marina where you can purchase fresh fish caught earlier that day, and also enjoy boat trips around nearby coves, whilst at the weekly Friday market you can purchase fresh fruit and vegetables for a fraction of the price in the UK.

Nearby Altinkum, approx 15minutes by car or local dolmus, is a livelier resort with 3 main beaches, a small funfair and numerous cafes and restaurants. Here you can enjoy a variety of watersports,tours and boat trips, or why not relax and treat yourself to the experience of a Turkish Bath.

Within the surrounding area there are places of interest and activities to cater for everyone. For the history lovers besides Ephesus there is also the Apollo Temple at Didim, Milet and Priene. For the sun worshippers besides watersports in nearby Altinkum, you can enjoy boat trips around nearby bays and coves or catch the ferry to Kos or Samos. Two waterparks in the area one at Altinkum and the other on the outskirts of Kusadasi will keep the children happy whilst for the shopaholics try visiting the Soke outlet shopping centre for designer labels or enjoy the experience of a local market

All of this provides the perfect location set in a beautiful natural environment for a tranquil, relaxing holiday.

Directions

Akbuk is located between Izmir Adnan -Menderes (ADB) airport to the north and Bodrum Milas (BJV) airport to the south. Both of these airports are served by a large number of UK airports.

Bodrum is usually only open in the high season (1st April until 31st October), however Izmir airport is open all year round and is still only 1 hour 30 minutes drive from the villa.

The flight time to Turkey is approximately 4 hours from the UK.
