Description of holiday villa near Agios Nikolaos, Crete and surrounds

A beautiful three story villa is available for rent, close to a seaside holiday village, 1km from a lovely sandy beach and 8km from Aghios Nikolaos, the major town of Eastern Crete. The entrance opens to a corridor with a door to a double bedroom en-suite with shower and a balcony; you can also have access to the bathroom from the corridor. A staircase leads up to another bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a large terrace. Stairs lead down to a spacious open living room and dining area which opens to the pool terrace and a separate fully fitted modern kitchen - including a dishwasher.

From the living room area, a few more steps lead to the lower level towards a space for luggage and a fully equipped laundry room, with cupboards, and a washing and drying machine. Thereafter is a Study -TV room with sofa bed that can also serve as an occasional extra bed. Outside, the large pool terrace has an approximately 30m2 infinity pool, a toilet and a shady pergola covering the dining area. A small garden is in the process of being cultivated.

You can have access to the villa, which can sleep 4-5, via an electrically controlled gated driveway with a parking place. The house is complete with air-conditioning in the two main bedrooms, double windows, central heating, electric shutters, alarm, satellite TV, DVD, amplifier-tuner CD player, Wi-Fi internet, telephone and a safety deposit box.
