In seeking the perfection for the ideal retreat we went high onto the peak of a private hill in the area of Askos and created our new Emerald Deluxe Villas which comprises of two exquisite stone villas built using traditional architectural methods and materials.
The use of carved stone and beautiful wood blends into the natural surroundings with ease and the magnificent views from the villas extend out over the Ionian Sea to Kefalonia and across the whole of the East Coast of Zakynthos from the Port of Agios Nikolas in Volimes to the bay of Laganas.
The combination of the breathtaking views and serene environment will tantalise your senses. Completely isolated and independent, each villa has its own private grounds, private swimming pool and incorporate beautiful decor with all the modern facilities needed for a comfortable stay.
Villa Type – Deluxe 440 sqm (180 sqm internal space and 260 sqm exterior fenced space).

Indoor: on the ground floor customers will find, on their left, the fully equipped kitchen and the living-dining area, on their right they will find one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and the bedroom with one single bed and a bathroom next to it with shower. On the first floor they will find the other two bedrooms; one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and one bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Outdoor: The outdoor area of the villa has a swimming pool with hydro-massage, children’s pool, barbecue, playground, and sitting-dining area.

The Emerald Deluxe Villas complex dominates at the top of a hill, part of a green, unspoilt area of northern Zakynthos, Askos, in Volimes.The area is well-known not only for its natural beauty but also for the “Askos Stone Park”.
Just a few metres farther from the Emerald Deluxe Villas the park is the ideal place for the admirers of Nature offering them carefree moments of sauntering or touring around.
The port of Agios Nikolaos is near the Emerald Deluxe Villas, too. There you can take the ferry boat to Kefallonia, to rent a boat and visit the famous Shipwreck and the Blue Caves or even dock your own vessel, if you wish.
At the most famous beaches of N/E Zakynthos, Agios Nikolaos, Makris Gialos and Xiggia Springs you can enjoy yourselves swimming in the bright blue Ionian Sea and taste our traditional cuisine in the restaurants or the fish tavernas near the sea.
