Location description

Beautiful Green Spain, this area is blessed with an abundance of lush forest, rivers, mountains, and pristine white beaches along the Ria. The local market and fishing towns of Noia and Muros provide a charming evenings entertainment. Further afield, the historical cities of Padron, Pontevedra, Santiago and La Coruna are easily accessed.

Directions

This villa is in the tiny village of Roo de Abaixo, which is pitched into the mountains between Noia and Muros.
The main airport is Santiago de Compostela which is a 30 minute drive away. There are direct flights from Stansted, Liverpool and Dublin or indirect ones via Madrid and Barcelona.
You can also fly to La Coruña from Heathrow, or fly to Vigo and Porto and drive to the house within a couple of hours.
A car is an absolute necessity. It is best to hire from the airport that you are flying to and ensure that you have good insurance coverage. The drive to the first house is especially tricky for first timers.
