Description
This semi-detached villa has its own swimming pool, which may occasionally be used by the owners when they are staying next door.
If you're after a quiet family holiday in a beautiful setting then this is the place for you. The nearest small beach is just 10 minutes' walk away and when you fancy a bit of excitement, bustling Bodrum town with its great shops and nightlife is only half an hour's drive.
The 2 large bedrooms can accommodate 5 people. There are 3 single beds in one, and 2 in the other (usable as a double or 2 singles). Downstairs, there is also a comfortable sofa bed for 2. There are 2 shower rooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and an outside shower.
The kitchen comes equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer (NB: photos taken just after interior was completed, before installation of washing machine etc).
Outside, as well as the pool, there's a large gazebo/seating area, barbecue and balcony with panoramic views.
Another great advantage is that there is a 6 seater car plus friendly driver available for outings by separate negotiation.
Lifts to and from the airport are free of charge!

You can fly to Bodrum from most major cities in the UK and Ireland.Normal car hire facilities are available at the airport, but one of the great things about the villa is that there is a 6-seater car plus friendly driver available for outings by negotiation.
