The electric awning over the larger terrace is perfect for children to sit under and splash in the kiddy-pool provided.
The private pool (10 m x 6 m) offers a beautiful view over the bay.
The lovely interior, with newly tiled floors, is decorated in pleasant colors. The new, well equipped, open-plan kitchen with marble work-tops has a dining area for 6 people.
All 3 double bedrooms have air-conditioning, that can be used for heating in the cool season. There are two baths, one with a bath, the other with a shower, both with W/C.

Deposit/Booking Notes: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of rental fee is due per bank transfer within 10 days of email booking. Remaining balance is due per bank transfer 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation must occur no later than 6 weeks prior booked arrival date. Should it occur less than 6 weeks prior to booked arrival date, then the full balance is due.

Location description
Skiathos offers more than sixty beautiful, clear water, sandy beaches, many of which have colorful tavernas with good food.There are water sports for all tastes, as well as horse-back riding.
The town has many shops, cafés, excellent tavernas as well a lively night-life.
Enjoy a day-trip to neighboring Alonissos or Skopelos, where parts of "Mama Mia" were filmed, or a charter around the island to visit Kastro Beach with its ruins.

From Germany: any airline to Athens, then 35 minute domestic flight with Olympic to Skiathos. Or Air Berlin to Volos, then 1 hour 30 minute Flying Dolphin to Skiathos.
Or: Flight to Athens, 3 hour 30 minute bus to Agios Konstantinos, then 4 hour ferry to Skiathos.
Skiathos has regular bussing and many taxis during the season.
