Description

The apartment which comfortably accommodates two people, boasts a recently refurbished kitchen and shower room and is equipped with Sky TV and a DVD player.

The apartment is on the first floor, accessed by steps. It consists of one bedroom equipped with a double bed, sitting room/kitchen area, shower room, separate WC and balcony. There is a designated parking space accessed through electronic gates.

The balcony is equipped with a table and four chairs and is a perfect place to take your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The sitting room is tastefully furnished with two arm chairs, a sofabed which can accommodate two more people, coffee table plus a wine rack/book shelf. The television receives French terrestrial channels plus approximately 30 British TV channels. There is a DVD player and a selection of more than 50 English-speaking films to enjoy too.

The kitchen area includes an electric hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric steamer, kettle, coffee maker and grinder, plus plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils for all your holiday needs. There's even a shellfish tool set in case you are tempted to buy a selection from the local fishmonger.

The bathroom features a power shower, wash basin with vanity unit, large mirror and is tiled throughout.

The bedroom has one double bed and two bedside tables. There is a wardrobe area in the lobby area with hanging space and shelving.

You’ll also find a folder with plenty of information about the apartment, the area and things to do.

Deposit/Booking Notes: Once we have agreed your holiday dates, I reserve them for seven days, pending receipt of a 25% deposit. The balance becomes due eight weeks before your holiday, together with a refundable damage deposit of £100. At that point, I send you full contact details, maps, telephone numbers for Route 66 (located in the centre of St Cyprien-Plage) from whom you will collect the keys. I also send you maps and directions to the apartment, which is just a few minutes drive from Route 66 in the Les Capellans marina area of St Cyprien-Plage. I even include a photograph of the entrance to the apartments so you know exactly what you are looking for. No-one has got lost to date!

Route 66 is the management company who look after the apartment for me. They are Mark and Cecilia Skilton and they are just a phone call away if you have any problems. There is also a folder of information in the apartment as well, with emergency numbers as well as details on places you may want to visit during your holiday.

Payment can be by cheque made payable to Mrs Jane Blair (that’s the married me) or by direct bank transfer. If you wish to pay in any currency other than pounds sterling, then I have a Paypal facility.
