    Details, details

    23rd Feb 2009

    Hi all,

Just an update on what we’ve been up to :)

Since the New Year we’ve almost doubled the amount of property adverts. We’re adding between 150-200 new adverts per month now, so we’ve been busily working on those, along with more site mods. These have all been tested and are in place.

A big thank you to our advertisers feedback on the forum and property details print problem – it was invaluable.

    1. Printing of property details: You’ve probably noticed the new printer icon to the top right of property details – these will now print in a nicely formatted and printer friendly way. Please let us know what you think.

    2. Addition of enquiries statistics to advertiser admin: 2 more stats have been added. The first shows total number of enquiries received overall and the second shows enquiries received over the last 12 months. This will prove very useful to see how your advert is performing in the future.

We’ve also modified our own admin area so we can see this information, and we can also see at a glance if there are unopened enquiries in any account. This will help us to contact advertisers in the event that they have not received or seen their enquiry auto reminder email.

    3. Forum: After careful thought we’ve decided to make the forum viewable without requiring login. We’ve added new categories aimed at both advertisers and holidaymakers – so please take a look and start posting :0) You can view without log-in but you’ll need to log in to contribute.

In order to protect all members privacy, forum users are no longer visible while logged in.

There’s also been a few minor changes to site registration and Terms and Conditions relating to sign up and use of the forum.

If you'd like to contribute to the forum but your'e not yet a member, please sign up here

    So that’s all for now.

    Best wishes,

    Liz and Craig
