I Melograni del Chianti farm holiday residence is located in the Tuscan hills, in the small medieval town of Talciona, a perfect barycentre in between the biggest cities of art in Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano.

CALVI dell'UMBRIA is only 45' drive north of Rome that can be easily reached taking the A 1 motorway or by train. The location is strategic for cultural visits to a wide range of nearby art/historical towns and sites. In Calvi and near the house there are 3 great and modern swimming pools.

We are a holiday village, conveniently located 10 meters from the sea. We are open from Easter to the end of September. All our bungalows and flats are super-equipped, with air conditioning, TV, fridge and everything you may need for a pleasant stay. We also have a private beach and a pool.
