The house is situated in the heart of the county of Salzburg, approx. 25 kilometres south of Mozarts town. It has a beautiful, large, sunny garden, with barbecue and complete furniture perfect for relaxing

It consists of two floors, the second level of which has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a pergola shaded veranda with sea view, complete with a seating area. The ground floor consists of a living room area, a WC and a kitchen. Outdoor dining area under a pergola or shade-giving tree.
