The house - a converted farm building - this outstanding property is nestled on the mountainside of the pretty hilltop 'white' village of Yunquera. Beautifully designed and superbly finished throughout in a contemporary style, this property offers everything one would expect from an upmarket holiday rental.

Comfortably furnished and very well equipped, the house is set on 4 floors, with a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace occupying the whole of the top floor and a further two bedrooms, one twin, one double, with shared bathroom comprising double basins, bath and shower on the second floor.

The ground floor is open plan, with a reception area, a beautifully fitted modern kitchen and relaxing living area with plenty of comfortable seating.

The lower floor is the dining room with enough seating for eight and opens out onto the spectacular terraced space overlooking the entire valley of orange trees below, villages in the distance as far as Malaga and the sweeping mountain range, La Torrecilla is it's highest, directly ahead. The views are absolutely incredible!

The terraces: Private 8m x 4m infinity pool, five huge sun and shade terraces including amphitheatre, BBQ area and fireplace. Pretty planted gardens and orchard with fruit trees.

The house is looked after by an excellent but discreet management team. Guests will be met and shown around by the house manager who'll be there to help with any questions you may have. Parking is 200 yards from the house. Good local amenities including supermarkets, cashpoints and banks, restaurants and bars all within walking distance of the house. Ronda, Marbella & lakes at El Chorro 45 mins drive.

Activities: From Yunquera: Horse riding can be arranged from the house and tennis and basketball courts are nearby. There are several golf courses all within 35-45 mins drive from the house, clubs are available for hire. Birdwatchers will love it here, Shor toed eagles, Griffon vultures, Goshawks, Swifts and Swallows etc. Bike enthusiasts can cycle or ride the famous Ronda route from the coast, see ('Ronda Cruch' on Youtube). Hikers can enjoy a variety of guided walks in the mountains above the house and encounter rare animal species or wander down the valley to the mouth of the Rio Grande and villages beyond and, of course, numerous fiestas that go on for days! If you really want to get away from it all in comfort and style, this is the place for you.

Directions

Car hire is recommended although transfers to and from Malaga airport can be arranged on request. Easyjet or Monarch to Malaga or Ryanair to Jerez are the cheapest airline options. Guests will be sent detailed directions from the airports to the house along with the house manager's contact details. There is also a bus service from the village to and from Ronda and Malaga.
