House is situated on the new La Noria development which has a communal pool complex. The house has a large roof terrace with views to the mountains and south to the straights of Gibraltar where the coast of Morrocco is visible most days.

House is extremely well furnished and equipped and has a patio front and back with table and chairs. The roof terrace has a large table and 6 chairs as well as 2 sun loungers and a BBQ.
Beach chairs and parasol are available as well as a variety of beach toys.
Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
