Our new semi-detached house (self-catering) has a beautiful planted garden, with furniture including sunloungers, a rooftop solarium with loungers and a shaded sitting area by the entrance for those less inclined to sunbathe. It sleeps up to 8 with sofabed in the lounge. The well-equipped full kitchen provides all facilities. The 3 bedrooms include 1 double with balcony, 2 twins - for 6 people, lounge. Air Conditioning/Heating/celiing fans provide ventilation throughout, Satellite TV including English channels is available. The dining area has space for 6 to eat comfortably at the table.

There are 2 communal pools nearby and parking outside the house. Superb Playa Flamenca and La Zenia beaches are nearby, shops, supermarkets and restaurants/bars are all within easy reach, Costa Blanca resorts and attractions are within 1 hour's drive. The house is situated in Lagosol, Los Altos near Torrevieja, with its night life, market, huge promenade and marina which is vibrant at all times in season. Motorway exits are close by for access to Alicante or Murcia Airports.

Theme Parks, Aquaparks (3), Safari Park, Zoo, Go-karting with children's playground, boat trips and fishing are all within easy reach. Many excellent Golf courses are in the region, the closest of which is the famous Villamartin course. The property is available to rent all year round and can include long-term lets for those interested in spending time away from the cold during the winters of home.

The resort is just off the main AP7 Motorway from Alicante and the more popular the N332 coast road.
