This quality holiday home is situated on the very fringe of the fishing village of Seahouses close to the links golf course; with distant sea views from the rear of the property and the breathtaking coastline only a few minutes walk away.

Built in 2003, this fully central heated holiday home has been furnished to a very high standard, with every thought put into making your stay as comfortable as possible including a complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolates on arrival.

With two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with bunk beds, The Lobster Pots will comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Downstairs, a beautifully furnished living space has been created with a real seaside feel. In the living room, relax on the comfy sofas or Grandpa's rocking chair. Enjoy the plentiful supply of games and books for all ages or simply relax in this real home-from-home.

The modern, fitted dining-kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require whether you are boiling an egg or preparing a five-course meal!

Location description

For those that have visited the area before, you will know what it has to offer people of all ages. Children love the miles of beautiful, golden beaches for sand castle building and rock pooling, exploring the impressive castles or pony trekking along the quiet country lanes. Adults enjoy walking on the unspoilt coastline, sampling the excellent food and drink in the local pubs and restaurants or simply relaxing and unwinding in the peace and tranquility.


Directions

By Car:

From the South: From the A1 follow signs at Alnwick for the B1340 to Seahouses. Follow the road for approximately 10 miles, eventually taking you through Beadnell and then onto a coastal road to Seahouses. Just after the Golf Course on your right you will see Kings Field also on your right.

From the North: From the A1, approximately 10 miles south of Berwick, follow signs to Bamburgh on the B1340. Follow the road through Bamburgh, passing the castle on your left, and then continue on the coastal road through Seahouses taking a right turn at the first mini roundabout along the main street, and then a left at the next roundabout passing the Links Hotel and the Post Office. Travel approximately 200 yards along this road and you will see Kings Field on your left. If you pass the golf course, you have gone too far!

After entering Kings Field, take your first left and then another left at the top of the road. The Lobster Pots is house number 78 and is the last semi detached house on your left.

By Air: The nearest International Airport is in Newcastle.

By Rail: The nearest mainline railway station is at Almouth approximately 10 miles away.

By Bus: There is a bus service between Newcastle and Berwick, which makes a stop in Seahouses.
